Preparing an enquiry
The contact form prepares an email draft in your browser. Its fields are not submitted to our web server or saved in browser storage. When you choose “Open email draft,” your email application receives the draft. You review and send it there. The website cannot confirm whether you send it or whether it is delivered.
Email correspondence
If you send us an email, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and discuss or manage your project. Email is processed by the email providers used by you and by us; our receiving address is hosted by Gmail. Avoid including passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.
Hosting and technical records
The website is hosted on Contabo infrastructure. Web-server logs may contain IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information and request times. These technical records support site operation, security and troubleshooting.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not include analytics or advertising tracking. Videos are served from our website rather than embedded from an external video platform. We use local browser storage (offscript-privacy-v1) only to remember your privacy preference until you change it or clear your browser storage. Use “Cookie & privacy preferences” at the bottom of any page to review it. We do not sell or share website visitor information for targeted advertising. If your browser enables Global Privacy Control, the opt-out is selected automatically and cannot be disabled here. No optional tracking is enabled by saving a preference.
Retention and requests
We keep correspondence as needed to handle the enquiry, manage an ongoing business relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us at the address above to ask about your information or request correction or deletion. We will assess the request in light of the information held and any applicable obligations.
